Caribbean Classes provides a marketplace for educational content, connecting students with instructors offering both virtual (online) and in-person classes across various categories including technology, culinary arts, sports, hospitality, and more.

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Class Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in a class, you agree to pay the listed registration fee. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Fees are charged at the time of enrollment.

5. Teacher Obligations

Teachers on the platform agree to provide high-quality instruction, maintain accurate class descriptions, and honor their scheduled class times. A 15% platform commission is deducted from each student registration fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Caribbean Classes platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Caribbean AI and Data Solutions Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Caribbean AI and Data Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
